Immediate serious misconduct → immediate default; call the Supervisor/Referee. A supervisor's default decision is final & unappealable; appeals within 21 days.
Ball abuse (forcefully hitting/throwing the ball, not in dispute) vs racket abuse (throwing/striking the racket on body/fence/glass) — separate violations, same ladder.
Abuse after the match = an incident to report (annex), not an in-match penalty.
2nd warning → notify supervisor; 3rd → default.
One player of a pair defaulted → the pair is defaulted.
Unregistered person coaching → the player is penalised (warning → point → default).
